The company will deploy a platform based on the Hércules SGI standard, migrate the information from the current system, and provide support and enhancement services for 24 months, extendable for a further 24 months, for a total amount of 284,000 euros.
15 May 2026.- Treelogic has been awarded the contract for the implementation of the new research management system at the University of La Laguna (ULL) and the provision of the associated migration, support, and enhancement services. The contract, with a total amount of 284,000 euros (including IGIC), has an initial duration of 24 months, extendable for an additional maximum period of 24 months.
The service comprises two main lines of work:
1. The implementation of a new research management system, based on the Hércules SGI standard, and the migration of all information from the system currently in use at the University.
2. The continued provision of functional and technical support for the current system during the transition, together with a pool of hours to cover enhancement developments, adaptations, and specific needs raised by the institution in relation to the new system throughout the execution of the contract.
The award brings the University of La Laguna into the Hércules SGI ecosystem, the benchmark standard for research management in the Spanish university system, and reinforces Treelogic’s position in a strategic segment within its advanced software solutions line for the public sector. The contract also provides visibility over recurring revenue for the next two years, with the potential to extend this to four years in the event of renewal.
