4 December 2025.- The SET Structured Triage System has been selected to integrate into the new omnichannel platform of Bogotá’s Emergency Health Contact Center (Colombia). This is a strategic project that will transform the way citizens access critical health services through a truly omnichannel, modern, and user-centered platform.
As a core part of this solution, SET will be the triage scale used to classify and prioritize requests, with high clinical standards, operational efficiency, and full interoperability with the systems of the city’s health districts. This component will be key to improving timeliness of care, optimizing resource use, and strengthening the responsiveness of Bogotá’s emergency care model.
This milestone is part of our expansion strategy in Latin America, one of the main objectives of the new phase we are entering as a company, especially in the eHealth domain.
