29 September 2025.- Tree Technology, S.A., trading as Treelogic, a technology company specialised in Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, and eHealth, today published its Information Document for Admission to BME Growth (DIIM), pursuant to BME Growth Circular 1/2025, as a step prior to its admission to trading on that market. In the transaction, DCM Asesores acts as Registered Adviser.
Prior Offering and Reference Price. As set out in the DIIM, the Company will carry out a share capital increase through a subscription offer prior to admission. The reference price for the start of trading will be the price of that offer. Once executed, the detailed results, the amount subscribed, and the number of shares will be disclosed publicly via the corresponding Addendum to the Document. The offer will be addressed to both qualified and non-qualified investors in accordance with applicable regulations. LINK Securities, S.V., S.A. will act as Placing Agent, Agent Entity, and Liquidity Provider.
Operational Performance. In 2024, Treelogic reported €7.13 million in revenue (+53% year on year) and €0.70 million in EBITDA, reflecting profitable, growing operations.
